Carrier Information
Perfetto uses UPS as its main carrier. We use UPS because of the tracking ability which helps us track your package. Orders that are packed and paid for go out each afternoon and leave the local UPS collection center the following business morning.
Perfetto.com ships orders within 1-5 business days of receipt, but timing can vary by product.



Shipping Rates
Valid on orders placed from website, phone orders do not qualify for Website promotional discounts.

When you place your order you are offered three UPS shipping options to choose from.

1. UPS Standard Ground Service (Free only for Continental US orders.)
*Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States.
2. UPS 2nd Day Air (One item$16.50, $3 for for each additional piece)
3. UPS Next Day Air (One item$34.00, and $3 for each additional piece)




Exchanges & Shipping
If you decide to exchange an item, you are responsible for new shipping charges. If you are exchanging an item for one of equal value, there will be an additional amount charged to your card before your exchange is sent to you. For example if you exchange an item for one of a different size, you will be responsible for the shipping charge, the cost of shipping one item. If you plan on exchanging an item, please review our shipping rates above. Look over our exchange page if you need more information regarding exchanges.
Exchanged Items will be charged shipping charges.

Hint: To avoid shipping charges for exchanges, place another order along with your exchange, and have your exchanged item shipped with your new order, avoiding any shipping costs to you.



Tracking Your Order

If you have any questions regarding the whereabouts of your package, the delivery, or arrival dates of your internet order, please email the internet sales department at sales@perfetto.com. Please include your name, cart ID#, and date your order was purchased in your email. If requested, Perfetto will track your order for you at http://www.ups.com/ and inform you of the desired information.



Foreign Orders
It is possible to ship orders overseas. Although the website is not set up to configure international shipping costs, we can send items to our overseas customers. Since Perfetto uses UPS, the shipping rates to oversaeas destinations will be significantly higher (between $50 to $75 USD). Often other duties and taxes are due upon delivery also. We do not ship packages through the US Postal Service because we cannot guarantee the arrival of your package once the package is out of US Postal possession. If you place an order online and give an address that is outside the Continental US, one of our sales rep's will email you verifying you are aware of additional shipping charges. If you agree, We will proceed in processing your order and when the final shipping cost is totaled, another email will be sent to you advising you of the actual expedited shipping cost.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico orders are unable to utilize our Standard UPS Ground shipping option. Additional charges may apply.
