1) I received my order but an item I ordered was missing?
If something was missing from your order, look on your invoice in the Ext. Price field. If there is a value of "0" then you were not charged for the item, and it is either on backorder or sold-out. If an item is on backorder, you will be charged and it will be sent to you when the item arrives at our warehouse. Usual turnaround time for backorders is 1-2 weeks.

2) How do I know if my order went through properly?
When you complete your online order, you will be taken to a webpage that shows your order and cart ID #. This page verifies that your order was placed successfully. Print this page. It is your copy of your receipt. If you come upon an error page, most likely your order form was not filled out correctly. Every field on the order form must contain information otherwise the order will be rejected.

3) Will I receive any confirmation of my order?
No automatic confirmation is given that your order has been placed
. Once your order is complete you will be directed to a receipt webpage displaying your order. This confirms that your order was completed successfully. If you feel that your order might not have been successfully completed, feel free to e-mail perfetto to double check on the status of your order.

4) What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder status. You will be charged and sent the items that are in stock. You will not be billed for the backordered items until the day they are sent to you. The backordered items will be sent as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

5) Where can I find and try on your clothing?
There are 2 Perfetto retail stores in the LA area. Our factory outlet store is in Torrance at 23535 Telo Ave, Torrance CA. The phone number at the Torrance outlet is 310-325-8887. Our other retail store is in Santa Monica at 2503 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA. The phone number there is 310-450-2112

6) How can I get a catalog?

8) How do I track my order?
To track the whereabouts of your order e-mail Perfetto. We will locate your tracking number, track it on the UPS website, and notify you of the results.

9) How will I know my order was shipped?
If you have been charged for your order then your order has been shipped. Most orders are processed in one to three business days and shipping times for standard UPS takes between 3 to 10 days. View our shipping policies.
